5. Tenant Responsibilities

• Comply with all terms of their lease agreements
• Pay rent and other fees on time as specified in their lease
• Maintain the property in good condition

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Asset Guardian shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
